NELLIE AND BUDDY AGE 10 They are to go together. If one is good 2 are better
Nellie 10 years
Nellie was originally rescued by Judy who was a rescuer of Bassets, but died 5 years ago, and another person had the care of her who we think loved her but didn’t do Vet care.
She had several abscessed teeth that have been removed.
Nellie went for 5 years not getting her toenails done, so her nails & soft hair on the undersides of her paws just grew and grew.. Now her paws look GOOD! But is learning to feel secure walking again.
Nellie is so sweet and loving she is hoping someone can come for her. And her best friend Buddy.
Buddy
He is so bonded with Nellie. Buddy keeps tabs on her, allows her to eat his dinners /breakfasts if she wants.
They are in their Golden Years, but they have survived both times their humans died and who knows WHAT they endured before the couple RESCUED THEM TOGETHER!!!!
In Ten years’ time together. Both are AMAZING WONDERFUL hounds.

BAILEY Age 6
Bailey is Basset/Coon Hound mixed breed.
Bailey is the sweetest Tree Walker coon hound/Bassey cross ever.
She is silly and energetic. She is good with older kids, other dogs. No cats. She does need daily medicine and once a month shot to manage Addison disease.
Bailey has done amazing since she has arrived in rescue in December. But it is now time for her to find people.
Bailey has Addisons disease which requires a 1/4 tablet of a medication 1x a day and a shot once a month. She has a “stuffy” that she loves (see photo)
